Angola: Kwanza-Sul cement factory to start production in 201331 December 2012, Published under Cement NewsFábrica de Cimento do Kwanza Sul (FCKS) will start production in November 2013. The factory, which is located at Sumbe in Kwanza-Sul province, Angola, will produce 4500tpd cement when fully operational. Construction of the US$600m plant is being carried out by ETA Star from Dubai, UAE, while equipment has been supplied by FLSmidth, Denmark.
